2. Products and Pricing

All products listed on our website are subject to availability and may be discontinued without notice. Prices are subject to change without notice. We make every effort to ensure that the information on our website is accurate, but errors may occur.


3. Special Orders

No Cancellation: Special orders are NOT subject to cancellation. Once placed, special orders cannot be changed or canceled under any circumstances.


4. Sales Policy

All Sales are Final: All sales made through Wall 2 Wall Furniture and Mattress are final. We do NOT offer refunds or exchanges on any purchased items once delivered, excluding defective merchandise as per the warranty terms. This policy ensures that you are receiving a brand-new item directly from our warehouse or factory.


5. Delivery Information

  • Free Delivery Within Surrounding Areas: We offer free delivery for all orders within the surrounding areas as defined by our delivery zone. You will be notified during the checkout process.
  • Freight Shipping for Larger Items: For items that require shipping by common carrier, customers will need to obtain a freight quote. These items are not eligible for free local delivery.
  • Not Everything Can Be Shipped via Common Carrier: Certain items cannot be shipped this way. Please contact us for assistance.
  • Manufacturer Delays: We are not responsible for delays caused by the manufacturer.

6. Warranty Information

  • Mattress Warranties: Warranties are void if placed on an unapproved foundation or if stained.
  • Manufacturer’s Warranty: Subject to manufacturer approval and discretion.
  • Aftermarket Warranty Plans (ServeCo): Claims must be processed directly with ServeCo.

7. Order Cancellation and Returns

  • Order Cancellation: You may cancel before shipping. If shipped, follow the return process.
  • Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds: Not accepted after delivery, unless the product is defective.
  • Exchanges: Subject to store approval. Contact customer service.

8. Shipping and Handling Fees

Fees apply for items not qualifying for free delivery or requiring freight shipping. Calculated at checkout based on weight, size, and location.


9. Damaged or Defective Items

Please notify us within 48 hours of receiving a damaged or defective item. We will arrange replacement or repair at no extra charge per our return policy.


10. Removal of Old Furniture

Old furniture may be removed during delivery. It may be donated, sold, or disposed of. Service not available post-delivery.

12. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to product use or delivery delays, except as required by law.
